"Cute look, but the quality wasn’t there"
I really liked how the clothes looked online, but once I got them, the quality was kind of a letdown. The fabric feel thinner than I expected, especially for the price, and one of the seams was already looking loose after just a couple wears. The fit was fine, but it wasn’t as nice as I was hoping. I wanted to love it, but it just don’t feel worth the money.

"Easy returns, just took a little while"
I ordered from michelinepitt.com and ended up needing to exchange a dress for another size. The return steps were straightforward, like nothing confusing or anything, and customer service got back to me in a nice way, so that part was fine.

I’m giving 4 stars mostly because the exchange took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were kind of… slow, I guess. But the right size did show up in the end, and everything was handled okay overall.

"I really liked the overall vibe of..."
I really liked the overall vibe of the site. I usually skim past anything that feels too loud, but a few of the dresses and prints actually caught my eye because they’re bold without seeming hard to wear. I mostly paid attention to the photos and details, and they made it easy to picture how the pieces would look in real life. Definitely found a couple things I’d wear out.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking, then kind of forgot about it, then remembered again and it still wasn’t here. The item was fine once it arrived, but the wait was really frustrating.

so... I really do like the clothes a lot. The only downside is that the sizes seem to sell out quickly, so I had to wait for a restock. It was worth the wait, though

"Really liked the site, just wish it loaded faster"
I enjoyed browsing michelinepitt.com. The layout felt easy to use, and the photos were super helpful when I was looking around. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. The only frustrating part was that a few pages took a bit longer to load, and that got a little annoying after a while. Still, overall, I had a really good experience.

"Cute items, but the prices are hard to ignore"
They definitely have some cute stuff, but I couldn’t get past how expensive everything was. I wanted to like it more, but the prices made it feel like it just wasn’t worth buying.

"The fit could not have been more perfect"
I ordered from michelinepitt.com and I was absolutely convinced the sizing was going to be tricky, because it usually is for me. But nope, the size chart was dead-on. Like, shockingly accurate. The dress fit exactly how it should, snug in all the right spots without feeling uncomfortable, and the waist landed perfectly. I’m almost always between sizes, so I fully expected some kind of issue, but this was a total win. I’d 100% order again without even thinking twice.

They did help sort out the issue with my order in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I’m glad it was resolved, just a bit disappointed with how slow the whole process felt.
